Back pain
- Use a water bag. Apply cold and hot water with 20-minute intervals.
- Use a good sleeping mattress which cannot be too soft or hard. Your backbone has to remain straight.
Headache
- Lie down and use a cold-water pack.
- Mix cloves, honey and garlic with water and drink it.

- Mix lime juice with water and heat it for 3-5 minutes. Drink this twice a day.
- Mix cinnamon and honey and use that as a face mask.
- Mix vinegar with water and apply on the affected area using a cotton swab.
Hair fall
- Extract the juice from aloe Vera and mix with water. Apply on the head and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Mix carrot juice and coconut milk and apply on the head.
- Apply onion extract. Wash it with lime juice after 20 minutes.
